Our Church Pillars
By this pillar we believe and hold the Gospel to be true: that which we also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures.
#1. Pastoral Care
Objective: To enhance spiritual growth, transformation and multiplication of believers through intentional teachings
- Pastoral care - Equip and deploy pastoral and leadership team for service
- Music ministry - Enhance the worship experience with choral and instrumental music
- Intercessory ministry - Equip and encourage church members to pray continually and effectively
- Hospitality - Welcome people and connect them to the life of the church
#2. Missions and Outreach
Objective: To encourage involvement in ministry through specific missions and outreach
- Evangelism - Equip members for personal, corporate and market place evangelism
- Partnerships- Pursue strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations
- Institutional missions and outreach- Adopt institutions for regular missions and outreach i.e. hospitals, prisons, schools and colleges.
#3. Discipleship
Objective: To pursue Christ-likeness through intentional discipleship
- Plug-in- Nurture new members, volunteers and church leaders with a view to enhancing commitment to the HOD family
- Family ministry- To strengthen the family institution through effective ministry to married and single persons. The programs include ndoa and Lea
- Men’ s ministry- Ignite the hearts of men for Christ through men’s ministry
- Women’ s ministry- Ignite the hearts of women for Christ though women’s ministry
- New believers class-Engage new believers in Christian community
- Life groups- Ground believers in the word of God through Bible study, prayer and brother’s keeper
- Youth ministry- Attract, retain and equip the youth to be effective agents of change in their spheres of life
- Children’s ministry- Raise God fearing generations of children and pre-teens who can explain their faith in Jesus Christ confidently
- Children vacation Bible School(VBS)- Provide intensive discipling to children under 12 years during school holidays and also nurture their talents and giftings
#4. Stewardship
Objective: To establish a sustainable stewardship culture that facilitates quick, smooth and robust service in all HOD operations
- Finance - Manage financial and accounting functions according to the best practice
- Human resource - Manage the human resource according to best practice
- Facilities management and development - Develop and manage church facilities sustainably

- Team building and integration - Establish a culture of teamwork among HOD ministry teams
